I've watched a bit of season 1 of QH...there's a lot of similarities b/w Asad ke hang-ups about "tehzeeb", "tameez" and etiquette, the way he'd be snooty about it with regards to Zoya, the way he'd struggle to say a "sorry" or express remorse or affection...woh sab Shivaay mein bhi hai...yet somehow, his emotional struggles are more child-like, innocent, hence more endearing😆...also, they've kept his struggles more consistent over a sustained period of time...kept that front and center in terms of what his character is, thus making it a defining trait in a better form than previous iterations from Gul. The more I watch him, the more I have to agree...yeh sab NM ka hi input hai into Shivaay...anyone else playing him would have just made him the standard Gul hero...NM softens Shivaay.

LOL very interesting point...and you're probably right about this...even though he seems majorly irked by Tia now cuz of the fake baby matter, he is still letting her hang around...ofcourse part of it is Mrs. K blackmailing him to get married to Tia soon...but another part probably does find it easy to still have the Tia shield in place to give him an exit strategy...cuz the moment Tia is gone, all roadblocks are gone from the path to accepting Anika, making a decision about where she stands in his life. ...there is also the very convenient "promise" he's made to Tia that he'll marry her😆...and SSO has to keep his word *rolls eyes*...these are all convenient smokescreens he hides behind...he wants to have his Anika cake and eat it too😆

Yes! I love how they each are adapting to other. Shivaay has stopped saying Watch that language, and has sort of started tuning into her style of "talking". I love how Shivaay so patiently explains, demonstrates the meaning of the words. He never rebukes her. This to me is a biggest change in Shivaay as in one episode Pinky complains that her son, never appreciates her trying to learn the language neither corrects her when she makes mistakes.. Yes, this is indeed a tremendous change in him...although he was sort of always subconsciously impacted by Anika's language, using her phrases on and off without realizing, he still used to rebuke her initially...now there is that underlying affection even when he chides her about the words she uses.

And what's especially striking as you said, is the patience with which he tries to demonstrate and explain his phrases to her now...he doesn't get super irritated like he used to before...he seems charmed by her goof-ups😆

Nope, I think they will be able to continue on their journey without Shivaay saying those words because his actions speak volumes, which luckily Anika understands.. 😆

Nope, he HAS to say them in the future when he is ready 😳 Why?

Because For Shivaay When the FEELINGS that his HEART already KNOWS and UNDERSTANDS are VERBALIZED, then they are HEARD and UNDERSTOOD by the HEAD that he think DRIVES this NAMOONA and they become REAL 😆

For Anika, simple... she DESERVES it.. 😳

I wish..!! Since, the time I started liking these characters - Shivaay-Anika..

I have been hoping for a journey filled with internal battles, ideology clashes, ego clashes..

BUT I have accepted😳.. IB hai.. Bina Vamps/drama kuch nahi ho sakta 😆

But where is the lie MCP toh hai hi na shivaay @thithli dost but yes NM makes shivaay likeable so he deserves the full credit for it and SC to hai hi AMAZING I liked her since haya days from whatever of haya I watched she was my fav post leap i liked her way more than sanam caz her acting as a mute girl was so good.

Like I said Billu was just cute today lol... None of his staple dialogues had TADI in them all came across as his attempts to cheer up Anika 😳 even his "jaan itni asaani se nahi Jaa sakti" 😆
You know what in Gul maa ke previous shows, fans used to cringe and crib about new clothes for male lead cuz I've heard post Maan too her male leads had like 4-5 pairs of suits and shirts too that were barely recycled and here NM gets a suit in every color with shirts in new prints day by day 😆 in a twisted way Anika too gets a lot of new clothes compared to her previous leads but stylist madam Ka dimaag Kharab hai with the way she experiments on SC 😡 she is making people wish her old clothes come back :( Matlab what worse can happen when peeps don't want her to get new clothes 🤣 although overall I've observed that in TV land you'll get raddi stuff to wear if you don't talk it out with stylists about what u want NM is always seen talking with the Shivani stylist madam about his clothes and stuff on public too one can gauge he puts input into his clothes... SC will keep getting crap until she conveys what she wants 😭 All one has to do is tell!

🤗.. Me too. I loved Haya. SC played Haya also to the core. Its so difficult to express with out words. Thus the challenge of playing mute girl. SC has a very expressive face and her eyes plays magnitudes of emotions superbily..

The upcoming kiss scene, there is subtle change in SC's ( as Anika) face when Sivaays's lips touch her. She has captured the "bliss of the moment" so well.
