NO. She didn't kiss his chest. She was just too exhausted with her all emotional outburst... So she is tired and just leaned on his chest. N I totally agree with Khushi, there is nothing passionate at that moment between them, what is SSO doing is more human and tender and pure. If tenderness can be called passion then yes, it is passionate.
