1. Okay, so I have a feeling that maybe she was awake when he brought her in. She looked washed, and clean, so I assume that she took a shower, changed and got looked at by the doctor, who then told her that she needed to rest. Shivaay was lurking around in the background, and at that point, Annika was too exhausted to register that she was angry at him. But that doesn't really explain how no one found out about it, when the Oberoi family is so nosy about everything else 😆
2. Hmm, I think that he got her in a bit of a weak moment.
Think about it, Annika is on a bit of a high at the moment. Her hot, ex-boss, and then forced-angry,cold husband, is now suddenly flirting with her, and telling her that he won't let her go, and smiling at her, and just being sweet and romantic like every woman wants her partner to be. So, naive Annika, giddy with sudden happiness is asked by this reformed Shivaay to sleep on his couch, which he justifies by saying that she won't be able to come in on time from wherever she usually sleeps, because she sleeps like a log! And so she says yes!
3 + 4 . Yes, I think so.
I think that he's obviously a more seasoned romantic than he lets on to be, because we already know for a fact that he has had two girlfriends, and while Tia is more a relationship of convenience, his relationship with Mallika was supposedly long. He actually says that his relationship with Mallika was quite close to him, so I assume that he did sneak in some romance from time to time.
Annika, on the other hand, is so oblivious and afar from romance that she refuses to watch English movies in the fear of watching intimate scenes, let alone having a boyfriend.
So for a man like Shivaay, to realise that a girl like Annika is attracted to him, is a real big ego boost, and probably an extreme turn on. And plus, he's always been attracted to her; even in the first pool scene; the sexual tension was off the charts. He hated her then, and now he's on the path to falling head over heels in love with her, so that just heightens all of the passion.
Apart from NKK, these two are pretty much equally matched so for him to have such an obvious advantage over her gives him such a rise. That yes, I'm the man that can make her blush, even though holy heck, she doesn't even know what blush means!
I think the first kiss was more compassionate; like a husband would kiss his wife on the forehead to de-stress her. It was more romantic, and stemmed from his affection towards her. That whole first seemed very husband-wife-like.
He thinks that she talks too much, he rubs his fingers on her lips. He thinks she worries too much, he cups her face. He thinks about the time that he nearly lost her, and he makes to kiss her on the forehead lovingly, as if to say, what if I lost you? and then he realises. He catches himself, and realises that one, she will be uncomfortable with the situation, and two, a kiss like that is a promise, in itself. I think that kisses like that are much more intimate and loving, than a full-blown makeout session.
The second kiss was more lustful. It was obvious, in the way that he kept looking down at her lips, kept moving towards her slowly, ended up grabbing her arm and pulling her closer. At one point, Billu looked so lost in her, that I think he would've kissed her. I think even Queen of Clueless Annika dearest, realised this and so, quickly made to run away. That whole scene was so freaking ❤️
5. No one will ever know what Billu thinks, it's a travesty to even consider 😆
