I am confused coz they mixed acid in Shivay's Coffee and then I think they will give a hint to Anika that they added acid in Shivay's coffee bcoz Anika doesn't drink coffee na?

Even I was confused when I saw the precap but then even I felt like they are just fooling Anika, their plan is something bigger than this.
