Epi analysis 24.12.16

Its Christmas eve and first let me wish everyone a Merry Christmas coz there isn't an epi or my analysis for you guys tommorow!!😳 Today's episode was really cute for most parts and I say that folks because I completely zoned out Tia and tried to concentrate on the good bits!! So heres my looong update as usual!!

So the first scene is where Shivaay blasts poor Mishra for failing to remind him about a meeting that day!! Waise I was happy to see Shivaay actually going to work after such a long time otherwise we usually see him conferencing on his phone while making Palak Paneer !😆

And Ani, being the darling wife she is, senses that Shivaay is tensed, wants to distract him and make him feel better! And she comes to help with his shirt button and they have an eyelock and their hands touch! Waise, Ani sweetheart, he was already a bit distracted when he got lost in your eyes!!😳

And she asks him in a small voice why he is tensed when he is innocent and when he denies that he is worried, says its obvious from his face and tells him not to worry. I already started awwing at their cuteness here!!

And then they have this adorable nokh jhok which was cuteness overload I tell you!! I got such mushy hubby wife feels and just melted into a puddle seeing them!!😳

Ani tells him that the button broke because he was figeting and offers to sew it back on but is unable to even thread the needle and he does it like a huge challenge and shows off to Ani!! And when Shivaay is surprised that she cant even sew the button, she says that no one taught her!! Aww, my poor darling Ani!!

Shivaay is quick to cheer her up and tell her to not make excuses as in the internet age anyone can learn anything and finally after getting poked repeatedly, decides to do it himself!!

Ani questions him if he can actually do it. I love the way she says, 'Oh, how can I forget, you are Shivay Singh Oberoi, you know everything and SSO is back with his tadi and sews the button back on in style!! 😆

I think MBA ke sath sath tailoring course bhi kiya tha Billu ; Ani seems to think so too so tells him that from now on, she will give him Sahils shirts with missing buttons!! 😆Loved their english class on singular- plural at the end of which 'Shirtey' was another word added to Shivaay's personal Anika Dictionary!!😆

Ani was such so wifey in this scene, making him comfortable, inflating his ego a little bit when he was tensed and feeling down!! And he realises that she did all this drama to make him feel better!! 😳 But their sweet sa moment is interrupted by Prinku who calls them downstairs as Mr.Mallik has the DNA results!!

And we see that the Kapoors have got Mr. Mallick on their payroll to change the results. I noticed that Mrs. Kapoor finally got out of that horrible checked blouse into a new horrible zigzag designed blouse!!😆

So to no IB fan's surprise, the results are positive!! Yawn!! And while we had to tolerate quite a lot, including the Mom Beti's ugly michmichi inducing smiles and Pinky's bullshit about the new Oberoi heir ( facepalm alert!) 😕, I focused on how Shivaay takes support from Ani just before seeing the results and her encouraging nod!! Man, this guy is going to miss her like hell if the divorce happens!!

Then suddenly, every Oberoi's mobile starts ringing at once (Including Saumyas!!😆) It was surprising and a bit illogical that OmRu are still unaware of this whole pregnancy drama as the media logically should have phoned them too because they are his brothers and the trio are undoubtedly close!!

Anyway while everyone worries about the media knowing, Tej and

Jhanvi wonder what to give as official statement to the media, Pinky continues to harp about how all was well , as to the world, ShiTia are already married and the news merely means that Shitia should get married asap!! This woman's stupidity astounds me!! 😡

Tej tells that it is not that easy as Shivay would have to divorce Anika first before marrying Tia and they'd have to wait for 6 months after actually signing the papers while Ani looks really hurt!! Pinky cant wait to get the papers signed and on seeing Shivaay stand like a silent statue, tells that she will go get them herself when Shivaay finally gains back his voice and screams that everyone should stop taking decisions about his life for him!!

How many of you remembered Ani's breakdown and her heartbreaking dialogue on how much it would hurt Shivaay one day when someone else took decisions about his life and told it would be like nothing happened ?? Because I did, and even though, I feel sorry for him, its like karma caught up with him after everything he put Ani through!

Shivay then says he needs more time to make a decision and leaves after asking them all not to disturb him!

But ofcourse , his wife never listens and comes to his room with food and he asks her to leave and when she persists, knocks the food plate out of her hands, much to her shock!!

But when Anika starts picking up the food, comes and slowly helps her!!This guy is such a spoilt drama queen yaar but Ani makes him a much better person!!

Shivaay's voice goes soft as he asks her why is she so stubborn and why she wouldn't just let him be alone and she counters by asking if staying alone ever got a problem solved!! I love how they talk it out and discuss the whole issue!! And guys, this is Shivaay, the great wall, a guy who doesn't share one problem with anyone!! So this is huge for him!!😳

I wonder if Mr. Mallik is Khandaani too because of Shivaay's infallible belief in him being so responsible!!😲

But on seeing the Tabasco sauce, he tells Ani he is allergic to it and he remembers the complete details of that night with Tia; that after having a sip of the drink and realising that she added Tabasco sauce to it which he is allergic to and reacts with his meds,he took anti allergic pills and slept and is100% sure that nothing happened between him and Tia that night!😛

On confiding to Ani , she says that they should get another test done to clear our doubts and he agrees!

Prinku comes again to inform them about the news where Tia had slyly informed the media about the pregnancy!! Waise Tia looked like some sort of Mafia don in the scene and I was laughing seeing her fake cover her face and wear those shades!! So lol worthy!!😆😆

Shivay informs the family that he wants the DNA test to be repeated and Pinky is angry and blames Ani for filling her sons ears!

I cant believe her blind hate for Ani, just because she is so insecure and so desperate to climb the social ladder with a what she thinks a high society girl for a DIL!! Sheesh, and I had wanted Pinky Ani mom daughter scenes once upon a time!!😭 Sigh!!

I loved however, the way the moment Pinky says Ani is an outsider, Shivaay tells her to stop blaming Anika and tells its his decision to get the test repeated and how Ani is only supporting him when his own Mom isnt! 😊

Tej and Jhanvi agree with Shivaay and decide to get the test done in Dr. Chatterjee's clinic and Ani offers to take the sample there and Soumya volunteers to accompany her!! (A crazy part of my mind wished that Soumya gets a blood sample for some other test too and her sample gets mixed with Shivaays!! When the test comes positive, Tia and all her bribed doctor friends ki baand bhajegi!😆😆)

The precap was kinda fun!! Mera chain bain sab ujda!! And Ani and Sahil made the whole sequence so cute! Took me back to the party episode when they all got drunk!! But more on that on Monday!! Have a great weekend and Merry Christmas guys!!😊
