It has some nice moments and things you wanna appreciate and sometimes the lack of continuity/logic makes you go Fhat the Wuck. The fact is that they've got more material and characters than they can handle, so shukhar hai they've more or less been able to handle Shivika, of course at the cost of things here and there like continuity & other characters 😆.

haha very true😆😆...I've learnt to enjoy the scenes and the Shivaay-Anika arc as a stand-alone over time and even then there are plenty of continuity hiccups😆

Another thing I appreciate is the directness with which the characters talk to each other...especially Shivaay-Anika...itne aaraam se they managed to discuss what might otherwise be an awkward topic...lol so matter of factly they jumped into their plan of action regarding uncovering the truth too.

Ofcourse on another level I laugh when they show things like Tia trying to talk about that as "the most beautiful night of my life" in front of the ENTIRE family😆...but in the long run, it all gets taken in stride...it's one unusual show😆...in that even when they are running with supposedly cliched tracks, some of the character reactions end up surprising you pleasantly.

Shivaay just cannot be compared to any of other gul heroes He's in his own league and i've said it before and saying it again that he's hands down the Best ML of any gul shows, and i like the fact that he makes mistakes and behaves like a human would and is no super hero or super mahan guy. i like him with all his flaws and qualities and this is what makes him unique. his way of handling things might not be right always but the fact that he knows that and accepts that makes him a bigger guy in my eyes.

THISSS is a BIG PLus of watching this show and i hope they keep up with this caz it doesn't frustrate me a viewer. i have very low patience with things and when in shows they cut down the communication it drives me crazy caz am like open your effing mouth idiots how hard is it to talk things out 😆 like right now i almost threw my chappal at the tv caz tanu in Kasam would keep hearing the insults and bear the humiliation but wouldn't freaking open her mouth and tell that it's not her who's pregnant with a najayaz aulad but their own granddaughter and she's saving the family from disgrace like UGHHH😡..

so for me the directness and the fact that esp ANIKA speaks her mind and says things as they are are a blessing from above and I REALLY REALLY HOPE AND PRAY that this stays like this always

He almost reminds me of Draco Malfoy with his pigheadedness about blood & lineage/family izzat. His flaws are huge but like you said I appreciate how he recognizes that he screwed up and doesn't believe to be above mistakes

If only you'd asked like 1/2 an hour ago 😆 I spent the entire day trying to pick a song for a Shivika VM until I finally decided. 😆

I chose an AR Rahman instrumental instead, it's for a short VM on Shivaay's remorse type of thing 😆

Yes Billu is nothing like other GUL leads(the main reason I like him😊) and I hope neither Om nor Rudra are 😊..

They have not tried to justify Shivaay's NKK or rigid ideologies with some gruesome past.. He has a normal relationship with most of his dysfunctional family.. He is one lead who is evolving/learning 😆 Another reason why Billu is not a standard Gul hero is because Anika is same-same but still very different She is that same old chirpy poor heroine with a twist! 😊

Also, In addition to the LULz😆, the FRESHNESS in this cliched Shivaay-Anika story, wholesomeness in the characterization of most of the main characters - most of the time 😆... I would like to add that sometimes these characters have such poignant/ Interesting/realistic conversations/scenes that it SURPRISES the hell out of.. Disarms me completely...(Love-wala conversation, some Oberoi chai sessions, Jo Bheji Thi Dua...) . And this is another big thing about IB that I absolutely love 😊
