What's happened to Gayathri's murder investigation?

I thought Insp Randhawa did not believe Shivaay was with Annika on the night of the murder. If so, why hasn't the investigation progressed to nail Shivaay down?

Even if the evidence points elsewhere rather than to SSO, are we not going to be appraised of the murderer and how it relates to the man who burnt himself and how it further relates to that incident that Shakti is still feeling guilty about?

Everything is so Shivika post marriage centric that all other story lines have been sidelined.

Being a Shivika fan, I've no complains with Shivika taking centre stage. However I'm also a fan of the Oberoi kandhan, sidelined stories shouldn't remain by the side and forgotten forever. It just can't. To do so would be to take away the essence of Ishqbaaz

I also think so that this marriage drama should be postponed a little bit and they should sort out the previous stories and then they should show shivika marriage. But I think so due to TRP the marriage is preponed so that the TRP will increase.

I guess gayatri's murder case would be brought later as her murder mystery will bring out many other raaz

But i seriously hope gul mam just don't forget all this

I do like the marriage being preponed but hope the previous stories are merely postponed and not buried forever
