Yeah I do think the little boy from the picture he sent Om was his nephew. Maybe his sister was in a hard marriage and she just gave up one day and went away at night & then unfortunately she came under OmPrinku's car. I think that'll be a good story of how difficult & painful it was for Ranveer to see his sister in coma and at the same time bringing up his little nephew and seeing him not getting to interact and enjoy with his mum, It'll be a better reason for the 'revenge' his wanting to take. He probably doesn't know that his sister wasn't happy in her marriage.
