I don't see why Annika needs either Daksh or Shivaay. She should just reclaim back her life and walk away from both of them. But that's never gonna happen cuz she can't stay 5 mins away from Oberoi Mansion so better stop hoping. 😆
Anyway, if Daksh is needed for the great SSO to finally get his brains back from the deep freeze and realise Annika's worth in his life, then that makes him look really hollow no? It's better he realises on his own how MUCH he has messed up this time and low he has fallen. Rather than a third person having to catalyse his epiphany. I think people want Daksh to come back so the great ONS MU gets cleared and Shivaay becomes a little more humanised and empathetic towards Annika. But aren't there other ways of clearing the MU without Daksh's return? Like perhaps showing Shivaay using his brains for a change to connect the dots and figure out Annika's innocence maybe? The loan papers could come in handy here to help Shivaay get a clue. Don't forget Soumya is a key witness too(and Dadi). One would think such a shallow misunderstanding would get cleared easily but they seem to be hell bent on dragging it forever.
It would be best if they show Shivaay softening towards her with this MU still looming because that would make his character look less hollow and his evaporated feelings condense again. He should be shown introspecting that he's having doubts that she had actually done it. I don't know whether it's too late for this though, perhaps it is. But if they don't show this, then I'll have a tough time believing that he actually loved her till now...
Then perhaps Daksh could come back and kidnap her. I think makers are planning to expose Tia first though. Not sure.
