He is acting like she agreed to this when he literally forced her to do everything using her brother as leverage. When he wasn't ignoring Tia to stare at his wedding planner he treated her like a doormat for 100+ episodes. He only wanted to marry her for her money why is he acting like he is a honorable man that needs to keep his promises 😆 I could never take him seriously, but now I feel embarrassed for him lol.
Daadi's dialogues... all I do is laugh
He was going on about throwing money at her and just being a terrible person the she gives some ridiculous lecture (and has the genius idea to bring her home lol). It was a valid point, but I didn't like the foreshadowing with her Prinku comment. My liking for Prinku dwindled since the Dev and now the hit-and-run track but she still shouldn't have to suffer just to illustrate his misdeeds. One forced wedding is enough. It wouldn't even be a fair fight. She is a such an easy target it would be beyond cruel for the writers to do this, but who knows what they are thinking lol. I love how causal Daadi was about the whole thing even after she finds out he kidnapped her brother and threatened to kill him to force her to marry him 😆
Would it kill Anika to just say that while she values and respects the institution of marriage that doesn't she values THIS marriage and act on it. After being humiliated at the reception why is she still there? Why is she doing the rituals? Why is she wearing Tia's clothes? Why is she fighting for a position and a man that she had forced on her? This isn't even sad anymore it's hilarious.
I really don't mind all this drama. If she wants to be married to him and considers the marriage real I wouldn't like it but I can understand that. If she doesn't want to be married to him and wants to leave then I can understand that as well. If she was there just make him angry or get revenge then would be fine too. If only she had a reason logical or not for her behavior (and for being there), but she doesn't so I can't emphasize with her and she just looks stupid.
One minute she says the jewelry belongs to his wife and she isn't his wife then she is waiting to be announced as his wife at the reception only to be humiliated. Then she says the marriage was forced on her but she still has the MS around her neck. She doesn't want to be there and knows that no one else wants her to be there then she is wearing Tia's clothes doing the rituals. I'm starting think even the writers don't know what to do with her or which audience to appease so Anika's character switches between scenes 😆
