SSO: of rage, ego & deviousness

I cannot say anything that hasn't been said before. Today's episode had Nakuul written on it. The Rage, the ego, the limitlessness was all superb. We did not see even for a second, the SSO who almost cried when Anika said Yes to Daksh.
If the SSO before slap was a man steeping low for his stature, Anika's slap surely brought the beast out of him.
I would say being a dedicated The Originals fan, today SSO reminded me of Nicklaus Michaelson. We hate them & we love them & we hate to love them & love to hate them
Of course not comparing both actors. They are great at their own places.
But I would like to remind everyone who are angry with Shivaay today including myself, this is not Anika's story. No it never was. This is Shivaay's story and of his brothers of course.
And if Gul works on OmRu's story like this, this surely will be something revolutionary.For the first time we will see Male protagonists. We will see their story.
We met Shivaay Singh Oberoi, a man who loves his brothers, his family, for whom their name, blood, lineage is everything. We saw him do anything for his family. He does mean anything when he says it. We saw him stoop low when he tried to buy Anika.
We saw him fall for her, we saw him fearing that he might lose her, we saw him hate himself for loving her when the MU clouded his head.
And we saw him go skinny-dipping in rage, fogged by his own ego and turning into a beast.
If the writers really want to make this his journey, we need to see his face when his MU clears. When he realises what he has actually done. When we see him disgusted with himself for hurting the girl he loves so much. Believe me if he really has a conscience & We know he does bcoz he let the goons hit him When he spoke terribly with Anika over the Dev matter, he will hate himself more than he ever hated Anika.
When we see him doing everything to win her back and failing at it. When we actually see Om's words coming true.
And if Anika forgives him, and I am using if here & not when, actually seeing him thankful for having her in his life. That is when it would be Shivaay's story.
I just hope we see this. And that hope is what is keeping me from not losing my mind.(Even makes me wonder, how much of a hopeful person I am) But Kudos to this two man. They are epic!
PS: Today's episode was not at all Romantic.Not even for a slight. A man manhandling a woman, forcing her to marry him by threatening to kill a child & thinking of any woman as an object without feelings, even if he does this in rage is cruel. Thinking it is romantic in any way is sadistic. And Anika truely has to be a Masochist to forgive him quickly without giving him a hell ride.
