I am a RUMYA fan. I like Shivika, but I have seen this story so many times from this PH in different styles. This is GK's comfort zone and she is sticking to it.

I only recently caught up to this show and my main interest lays in Om and RUMYA, who are something new and different. This hero who himself is getting married, but having issues with the woman he claims "he does not want" moving on in her life is a cliche. I had hoped to see something different here (For SHIVIKA) but GK's people went back to their old formula.

RUMYA is not something they know how to handle as this is new territory for them. So they give them 2 scenes per episode for 2 minutes (if that) and rest of the time focus on that ponytail stalker type, who's character is grating. I have yet to catch up on some of the episodes this week, but overdose of only one pair is putting me off!

WHEN will GK and her people get that this show was promoted as "Three brothers" and their stories? NOT as a love story of one brother, and others cheering from sidelines? The women (for the brothers) were never even shown in promos. So how did the love interest of the older brother become more important than the Brothers themselves? This is biased behavior on the part of the makers. RUMYA just got married, give THEM some Screen time too! They give more SS to side characters than them!

MAJOR MISSING.
These two episodes without them was so hard to watch.
I just hope once this marriage track is over.
We'll move this Rumya conflict track, as Gul said.
I really hope.

Exactly, that's the problem they don't know how to handle three stories.
Here, all the brothers are leads but it seems vice versa.
Side characters are getting more screen space.
This is really unfair with the ones who watch for Rumya.
Like can't they do justice?

@sparkel2015:

The problem here is that GK only knows one formula. Dark and disturbed arrogant man type and bubbly talkative heroine type. Initially,he is OTT arrogant and pretty much abusive. Manhandling, and pushing around, making the girl's life a misery etc. (Here I think they got forced to tone it down this time by SP). But in the end they start to "understand" each other.

To be honest, Shivika as time went on seemed to be a bit more mature than GK's other pairs were at this stage in the story. So I thought maybe they will treat this differently. But now again doing "Hero don't believe Heroine, only Vamp". "Hero doesn't accept his feelings but doesn't want the girl to be with someone else". Same cliches. This is why I hardly comment on this forum, even after catching up on the show. Analyzing what is happening in that space doesn't even interest me as "Been there done that, and know how this ends!".

RUMYA though is still more unpredictable, as their story premise was of two differing ideologies of life clashing. Rudra being a fitness freak and pretending to be shallow, and Soumya being a "comfortable with her body" girl who is a thinker, and even a counselor of sorts, giving advice to people. They are Body and Mind. I applaud the makers for trying this, but I would Applaud them MORE if they actually did JUSTICE to it! Just starting a good story is not enough, it needs to be executed properly too.

This show has too many characters and too many cameos etc. Even ACP and Prinku missing these days. No continuity in any of the stories. Sahil is missing. Roop is missing. Svetlana just walked off after being part of the Promos. (which I saw later). So she was clearly promoted as a prominent character, but she is now gone for good. Ishana came and went. They had no real plan for her story and had to end the character of the lead opposite Om in 2 months. What does that tell you? I am well experienced in the writing and story execution failures of this PH. That is the reason I didn't watch IB to start with. Then the only reason I did, was coz I liked O'Bros. I watched that "Yacht" scene and honestly loved it. I thought "If they can pull off this 3 guys story, this might just be a game changer".

But now what are we getting? The same old cliches! Disappointed at this stage, but then I always knew I would be, so it should not come as a surprise to me! I just hope they do justice to Om and Rudra and also Rumya, and Om's story. They are also LEADS of this show, not sidekicks and deserve to be treated as such.

Count me in😔 Miss them. They got married and yet what we get to see is the unnecessary scenes and tracks..She shouldn't have got them married if her PH is not ready to give something new for a change. Favourism is getting on my nerves. They should rename the show to Shivikabaaz because that's all I see no brother track no focus on OmRu's personal life all it Is about Shivay accusing Anika, Anika is hurt, Phir she gets injured and Shivay is all Tense and his Anika sensors goes on alert mode nothing New!!! Rumya are married and yet we don't get to see them on daily basis yet the one couple whose story has been shown since Day 1 gets all the screen space even when it is not needed 👏

No Nainu. You aren't alone in this. I have skipped the last two epi of the epi due to their absence.
