Shivika OS: Jealous? Who? Me?
Shivaay paced around his room recalling the moment Daksh put the engagement ring on Anika's finger at his Sangeet ceremony. He poured himself a generous amount of expensive Single Malt Sotch when he was already tipsy after consuming fair amount of cocktails in the party. His blood seemed to boil and her loud and confident "Yes" seemed to ring in his ears. He gave up pacing around in his room and went to pool side to see Anika standing alone in the balcony of Daksh's room with her diamond solitaire gleaming in the moon light as if its brightness mocking him. Shivaay was staring at her when she looked down and caught him gazing at her longingly. She everted her eyes from his face and was in the process of leaving when Daksh silently tip toed around her and hugged her from back putting his arms around her waist possessively making Shivaay see red as he went two shades pale and his eyes gleamed like a wounded Siberian Tiger cool shards like. Anika looked uncomfortable to be in his embrace and Shivaay felt like snatching her from Daksh's tentacles and locking her up so no one would ever dare laying even his eyes on her than the way right now Daksh was pawing his girl.
"What the hell? When did you become my girl Anika? Since when I have become a possessive man? I don't care if Tia talks with thousands of guys and something even flirting with them? I thought I was above this emotion which people talk about in such a negative way. I thought I am immune to such emotion and it's not like me to react in such a way. I am a modern man and not some sixteenth century barbarian. Walk away Shivaay. Just look away" repeated Shivaay in his head as he reasoned with himself but he could not look away and subconsciously without giving it a thought he smashed the tumbler of whiskey which he had poured for himself and pierced some shards in his hand. Anika who was watching Shivaay closely screamed in horror as she saw blood oozing from his hand and she sprinted out of Daksh's room followed by Daksh to whom she yelled, "Please call Doctor Billu ji is hurt."
Anika saw Shivaay standing with a pool of blood on his side still holding the broken glass in his hand in his druken stupor and she ran towards him and snatched from him and threw it away. She stuck him hard which seemed to have brought him back to reality and she dragged him to his room by his hand and pushed him on his bed. She saw the usually organized and tidy room completely destroyed as he earlier trashed every piece of furniture in his room. She saw the emptied bottle of whiskey lying on the floor and she grimaced imagining the usually uptight Shivaay Singh Oberoi loosing control in such a way. She brought the tweezers out from her hand bag and started tending to his damaged hand and plucking out the glass pieces from it. "Why are you crying Anika? Isn't this the happiest day of your life? Getting engaged to Daksh? Whom you trust so much so that you have suddenly changed your decision of marrying him. Aren't you going to say something or cat got your tongue?" sneered Shivaay to which Anika remained silent and kept on tending to his hand which irritated Shivaay and he pulled her closer to him tugging her wrist with his undamaged hand.
"Answer me" commanded Shivaay to which Anika just stared at him and after ages replied "What do I say? Yes I am deliriously happy as I should be for getting someone in my life that respects me, care about me and most importantly trusts me. Now you answer me one thing. What the hell in going on in your head behaving like a teenager in downing bottles of liquor? I would never have guessed you be behave so irresponsibly and what happened to your phobia of blood and knowing you to be the guy who can't bear pain and calling doctor for even a sneeze being so careless. You could have been hurt you know and now two days before the wedding you are behaving like ..." "What? What am I behaving like? A jealous possessive idiot who can't seem to have any control around you? Is that what you were saying?" said Shivaay sluringly as he tightened his hold on her and toppled her over so that now he was on top of her while she laid on the bed with him staring at her intensely.
Anika tried to pushed him off her but he didn't let her escape and when Anika asked him, "Get off me. Stop it Shivaay" to which Shivaay scorned and said "Why? You liked it when he touched you and you let him. You didn't stop him so why him. Do you love him? Do you?" Anika hit him on the shoulder and shouted at him, "You are disgusting you know. It's none of your business what I do with my fianc and you should stay out of my way just like you asked me to stay out of yours. You are getting married soon and I am engaged so this is inappropriate. Let me go." "You think this is inappropriate then you will be in shock with this" saying Shivaay brought his mouth closer and he kissed her softly at first on the lip and when he felt she too was responding him he snaked out his tongue which made her gasp and he took advantage this and his tongue entered her mouth first exploring then devouring his passion in the only way he knew to express himself- through actions and not words. Anika was first frozen in shock at what was happening. But she quickly regained her senses and she pushed him off her with an element of surprise and was relieved when the next moment Daksh and Tia entered with Doctor following him. Tia asked Shivaay if he was okay to which Shivaay just picked up another bottle from his liquor cabinet and said "I don't know I guess I lost my head for a bit with all this drinking but don't worry everything is still the same and I couldn't wait to tie the knot with you Tia."

So I know I am late and not written anything lately and those who have been following my Clarity series might know I was planning to write an episodic series of sorts on vanvas track and are waiting for it so here it is- I am suffering from bit of writer's block and also my Internship posting are killing me so I know it's not an excuse but I am explianing the delay on my side.
It won't be updated this weekend as I am going to BKC, Mumbai for the Coldplay/Global Citizen Concert but I promise to update it by next weekend for sure so thank in advance for your patience. Bye for now-
