Present om is weaker version of stronger om in past . Acp know that present om is immersed in guilt. And he has past record of being drug addict. Acp is trying to break him emotionally because guilt has made om emotionally weak. Both shivay and tej who are the pillars of Oberoi empire are attached to Om. If anything does happen to him both pillars will get cramps ShivOmRu are support system of each other. If one of them get troubled other two would also be disturbed.

Thankyou Iqra for your comment, I know it pretty well that if anything happens to any one of the Obbros, the other two will perish as well, and once anyone of them perishes the effect would be the same. But while for ShivRu this would be the cascading effect, like Shivaaye disintegration causing Om's perish and then similar fate for Om it would be direct effect, this is what I have mentioned

And true that the mind, body and soul, but at any point soul is the inner foundation so an attack on the soul means finishing everything else

But I think Tej, Om and Shivaay are the pillars of the Oberoi Empire / Khandaan. And the one thing that would decimate both Tej and Shivaay would be losing Omkara. And once all the pillars fall, nothing stands.

Shivaay says he cannot survive if something happens to Om; Similarly Tej was mighty affected when Om overdosed. But when Shivaay was poisoned, Tej wasn't as affected, rather he was more concerned about the business.

Hmm I don't think so. Yeah he maybe vulnerable and emotional guy but he is the weakest hmm don't know it's not striking. Raksha Bandhan situations are different as Om himself brought Roop into OM.
Svetlana of course his decision might be important as she used to be a mistress of Tej and she affects Om. And Tej loves his son more than Svetlana. So of course here it will be his decision.

I think Obbros bond is the weakest link in this show. Any brother falls apart it's easy to destroy Oberoi's. My version may change in future too LOL

I think you didn't read my complete post and are commenting on the title, I didn't say he is the weakest link, he isn't.

I am saying that he has the strongest hold on the household and he is the central link, so anything serious if happens to him will destroy the clan completely

During Rakhsha Bandhan after knowing about the deeds of Roop, Om didn't want her at home, but despite the fact that Shivaaye wanted her to tie Rakhi it was only when Om gave the approval that she was allowed to do that, although Shakti n Tej didn't want that

I want to say that whether or not anyone else in house wants something, the final approving authority is Om
