I don't think the accident they are showing is anywhere related to Om's past and I found Om normal in the video too. He didn't looked like he is high on drugs or alcohol.
I am just thinking that this incident will lead to make him realize something he did in past

Or at least I hope it happened after Ishana 😆 But very recent past seems a nice option. Recently Om has not been around much so it's easier to create an aura of the past if it's recent. I mean it must have left some psychological impact on him if at all the girl in question is dead or something. Om and Prinku had been too happy for ppl with a bad past 😆

Om is not 28, he is definitely 30+
