I also thought Shakti at first but why would he frame his own son for murder. If Anika didn't step in, SSO was the one being blamed. He has no benefit in it. But Tia on the other hand can have many reasons. She could have done it so that SSO needs her or her family's help, give bad name to Oberoi family. She's very sweet and all but their is a motive behind her marrying Shivay that will come out later. Shakti may be a bad person but he will never let his only son go to jail. Coz that defeats the purpose of him taking over property, who will he pass it along to.
