Yes I guess the drug was not just due to Tej-Pinky's difference. He has seen this since childhood, I think there was some external catalyst which would just come in front of Om and haunt him

Actually OmRu now has very less scenes together that why u might be feeling it. Moreover i feel somehow most time tracks are rushed so we r not able to feel those moments.
