You're right. She was shell-shocked at whatever he said. Every word that came out of his lips...was nothing sort of an epiphany for her. It was a reality check for her in a way. She will never let go of her guard around him now...but will always be wary of him

And you are so right about the surname thing too, why doesn't she use her adoptive parents' surname? Something is definitely off there. Did she have a good relationship with them?

Anika is the biggest enigma in this show. SSO is going to have a hard time , trying to know and understand her. All the more with this confrontation, she will protect every part of herself from his scrutiny. That's why- this is a new beginning.

I am normally a silent member of the forum but I just couldnt resist commenting. What a beautiful analysis. Everything summed up so well.

Its def a new start for Shivika. I really had apprehensions about Annikara, due to Guls earlier shows, but now i feel they are going to give a new angle.. I want to see a beautiful bond of friendship between them.

Nakuul and Surbhi did an excellent job.👏

You're absolutely right, we can never tell with Gul after Ayaan-Zoya and their muqaddar ka khel or whatever😕 But apparently she has clarified that there is going to be a beautiful devar bhabi relationship b/w them...so let's be thankful for that!

Nakuul and Surbhi were excellent- respectively portraying SSO's arrogance and Anika's dignity with elan.

wonderful post .. yes this was needed. After how shivaay called anika dirt in front of his brothers before his wedding with tia. Anika needed to know his true colors. Not at what place she stands in his life but at what place he keeps her in his life. (because the former one is a lot higher than what SSO thinks.

And yes bring on AniKara and some meaningful scenes between them. i hope to see Om becoming the support to anika the one tht she never had. And i hope to see the one sided understanding from Om's side to a two sided one from Anika's side too with her realizing how well Om thinks of her. Waiting for Om Anika to develop.

A well written post dear, i agree with those advises u have given. Coming back to the episode, it was bang. My favorite part was the way Anika stood up for herself and those dialogues of her's were wonderful. Nakuul's performance was amazing.

Thanks a lot:) And you are so right. What Shivaay perceives her to be and the position that she holds in his life are two entirely different things. He is going to be pining for her now, na?😃

AniKara is going to be beautiful. Anika needs a friend with whom she can share her troubles. And Om, being the sensitive and empathetic one that he is, will be the right one. Rudra on the other hand is too young...and SSO ko hum filhaal chod dete hein😆 I want Om to understand that this woman has so much going on in her life, yet remains vivacious and tackles life with a never say die spirit.😳

Thanks dear😳 You are spot on, Anika held herself with dignity, and the scene was very powerful. Been a Nakuul fan since PKDH, so i have adored him for years😳😃
