Yes, he said those harsh words but the moment he sensed her , he turned around to someone he least wanted to see then. He was dumbfounded and his eyes said it all. And later he even indirectly told the questioning eyes of Anika why he chose otherwise.
BUT, BUT will he not chide himself at least once in his mind to have said those hurtful words especially when Anika seems to have heard it though she remained composed and continued with quite dignity? I would love to see a self talk , he may still convince himself he is doing the right thing to uphold the prestige of the family but he cares too much for her to hurt her willingly. I would like to see him upset that Anika heard him and worry about what she might think of him. After all, in his heart he knows usko farak padta hai!! 😉

That was indeed heartless but even if I have to give him the benefit of doubt that he blabbered all that to shut his bros, they should show him feeling upset at having hurt Anika's feelings.

Yeah the second time saying that was uncalled for. He confesses he liked her, she is very different. But instead of saying mere class kI Nishil hai( I guess that's what he meant when he said class nahi hai) he could have said mere liye sahi nahi hai or something like that.

Of course that comment if going to come back and bite him in his ass when Anika throws it in his face later like the check mate thing. I am almost sure or I hope that anika gets to repeat this entire sentence pasand tho hai, alag Bhi hai par mere class ka Nahi hai!
