It's not much. I feel that the Om remembered Ishana part will be shown properly instead of a 1 second scene.
That might be right before she re enters. I don't thin him remembering her will be this small. They might show a bigger scene regarding this later.

Is this a sign for future conflict btwn shivkara due to ishana coz obviously om n her will get together somehow for real or by some manipulation but shivay catagorizing her with the likes of gayatri does not bode well. Significant others can sometimes put sibling relationships in a lot of turmoil coz then ur stuck btwn two ppl who u share dif relations but love the same n if ishana is not on the right path or shivay mu her this time for obvious reason n om sides with her major drama btwn the bros. Major testing times for obros ahead.
