Per my understanding,

Dadi has two sons - Tej and Shakti.

Tej is married to Janvi and has an affair with Svetlana. They have two kids - Omkara and Rudra?!

Shakti and Pinky have Shivaay.

So, where does Priyanka figure in the fam?

Also, what's the order of the siblings?

Is Shivaay the oldest? The first few episodes gave me that impression. But then he called Omkara big brother?! I'm confused!

Also, I know the show is about the brotherhood of the three. But it irks me that they don't include Prinku in the inner circle. I mean, it's just the initial few episodes. So, perhaps they've worked on this later!

Also, Tej and Pinky pit only Shivaay and Omkara against each other. What about Rudra and Priyanka? Why do they get the step-motherly treatment? Wouldn't any parent want all their children to get the same? But of course, they are Oberoi's. Kuch bhi ho sakta hai yaha. :P

Overall, the show is entertaining and it's kinda light.

Also, the guys are hot! Kunal :D

Anyway, welcome me into the fam guys, looks like I'm here to stay. :P

Oh, yeah also, don't Tia and Svetlana look similar? :P I really thought Svetlana is her mom. :P

I'm new to the show and just finished catching up on the episodes yesterday.

I got pulled into watching it because of family, but now I'm super hooked. Word of advice, keep an open mind, get past the 'Ishqbaaz' they repeat in EVERY initial episode and be patient. The show does get much better.

IF Rank 2 :P (If I was in India, I would have just watched the show ainvayi - too much TV I watch 🥱)

Also, God, the Ishqbaaz and those dialogues make me cringe. Like why even?!

So since I'm late to the party, here's my brief thought on the questions.

Basically Daadi has three kids. Which makes me wonder if somehow there will be an evil cousin introduced later? But yes, two sons - Tej and Shakti. And then there is Roop, who is a whole different saga in herself.

Three kids?! Kyaaa! I haven't reached there yet 😛

Is Roop the burnt lady chick?

Tej and Jahnvi have three kids - Om, Rudra and Priyanka. And Shivaay is the only child of Shakti and Pinky.

Om + Rudra, I am sure of. Prinks, don't know man? She's with dadi all the time.

So, since Om is usually the voice of reason, I think Shivaay just teases him by calling him bade bhaiyya. But Shivaay is the oldest, then Om, Rudra and Priyanka. I gathered all this from the way Rudra and Priyanka refer to them.

Yeah, this totally makes sense.

And don't worry, it took me ages to figure out exactly where Priyanka fit in the family. Hell, Anika's more involved in the family matter than she is so that's saying something.

Why is Anika always there?!!!!!!! Like is she the Oberoi's personal caterer?

Also Rudra and Priyanka are the youngest siblings. So it's pretty much older son's oldest son vs. younger son's son. In a way. Weird I know. It took me the longest time to come to terms with the fact that Shakti and Shivaay were father and son as well as Tej and Om. They are all so mismatched. It's a little strange how the upbringing can differ so much. And I don't think even know what kind of relationship Shakti and Shivaay share. It's all Daadi and bhais all the time with some mom time thrown in somewhere.

Exactly?! Who have the kids taken after man? Totally mismatched! Probably Shakti was an absentee parent = Shivaay saw his uncle being a ruthless ass and took after him. Om probably just hates the way his mom was treated and wants to be the exact antithesis of him?

The show though is light and entertaining. It always makes me laugh so I find it rather refreshing from the usual TV ordeals.

YESS! It's funny, in a natural way. Not forced at all.

And yes, Om gives me so many ideas. Ah, he's such a delicious character!

And I had never looked at Svetlana that way. I honestly thought she was uber hot and her tiffs with Om get my mind racing. There's so much brewing just beneath the surface, but I'm not brave enough to go there.

WAAAIT, WHAAAT?! Hahahahahahahaha. Gotta see this. Do the other bros have love interests yet?
