I think in subconscious mind, Shivay has grown a feeling for her. But that feeling is not love yet. It is evident in the scene where Anika faints and the doctor said she might go into coma.

The relief on Shivaay's face on seeing her awake was more than just concern for an employee.

But knowing how most serials go...I think they will make it a forced marriage to extend the story.

Posting something that I said on another thread:

First of all gul writers are famous in forgetting few aspects in the story they usually leave behind loopholes .
Now Tia has vanished God knows when will she be there .anika coming to the mansion as wedding planner but now why is she still there without any plan wedding date hasn't been fixed by billu .
Mallika - rana bringing them the pushed the original story backward God knows why they are in the show .
About shivay marrying with in a month will it be for sure or just some random lines by pinky not sure.

Even if shivika marries let's hope it doesn't follow the same pattern of hate marriage which is been used by Ekta & gul shows always don't want ppl saying this show copied gul needs to think out of the box .
Since shivay has some feelings for Anika somewhere he gets attracted I feel on the wedding day if shivay fixes Tia truth might pop in that Tia has a bf already and to stop the humiliation hope dadi as usual takes the help of Anika asking her to marry billu but will shivay agree or Anika it's a big question will both talk about it and have some agreement like marry me and get custody of sahil ( bua trouble ) types of arrangement will be best track and after marriage there bond there love will go strong .
This track would be great or in place of Tia if dadi makes Anika sit and after wedding tom Jerry fights will be fun but pls no hate marriage it's old concept and tried out .

Hope mallika - rana is out of the track by them otherwise it might be messy

Going by Gul's trademark style, the marriage may either be a hate marriage or a circumstantial one. In the case of ShivIka, I'm guessing it's going to be a case of a jilted groom. Ever since Dadi started the jaap of Anika ne jaan bachayi and how every time they something happens, it's Anika who has saved them, I've been getting the idea the wedding will also follow the same format and Anika will save the day when Tia will run away. And now, after Mallika's entry, the idea has only become a little more firm in my head.

Though I'd love it if she broke away from her convention of spontaneous weddings and gave ShivIka a proper, smooth romance with all the frills - ShivIka style, leading up to a wedding. 😆
