I think when Om feels that Shivaay has feelings for Anika, he will help him realize it and try to make him understand that he has to break it off with Tia. I mean, realizing his feelings is not really cheating and if he comes clean to Tia, it'd be perfect.

As of now Om is just trying to sort their misunderstandings. He hasn't gone to their love tangent. He is just thinking if they will clear MU everything will be normal.
