Deepu darling, if you're having back pains try stretching it out. Stand with your back against the wall and bend forward keeping your spine straight. Once you've bent forward so that your positioned at a 90 degree angle, hold it for 15 seconds before slowly straightening up again. Repeat two-three times taking 30 second breaks in between.

Also, if you have a gym at home and are equipped with a hyperextension bench, do reps on that. 3 reps of 15 should be good.
