No yaar. Naam does hold power at least in shows. Why did you think Gul took the pain to give her three characters such powerful names. Ishana and Soumya doesnt hold much power while Anika does. Attitude also has a major part to play.

Durga Singh Rathore sounds majestic and fitting and a matching character would have been perfect for Om 😆

i think even Ishana and Saumya are well thought of...

see Shivaay is the name we use for the most commonly seen version of Shivji...the householder...ANika is synonymous with Parvati ji who was the companion of Lord Shiva...

Omkara or Onkar is the primordial sound that rings through the universe giving birth to things...again Ishana is a name for goddess Durga..the primordial Shakti who enervates all things in the universe...

in Rudra's case this differs and i think maybe the cvs were foreshadowing here...

Rudra is the angry version of Lord Shiva...and Saumya means something soft and mellow...the fact that Rudra was given this name and not Omie jaan , maybe the cvs put some thought behind it...

their names are pretty well thought about in my honest opinion...
