i agree...besides i have always felt that for all her "research" ishana never really found out much abt Om and his family...she only knew the basics...

also they have never showed us a scene where Om discussed his family issues with her...they always talked about her except for that time when he was doubting Anika...

so she inflicted the taunt only coz he taunted her about her family..

tej's affair is no secret..

but i guess she was talking more in the sense that he would also become somebody as ruthless and uncaring as Tej..
