Why do people think that OmRu didn't trust shivaay?

Om was really pissed,angry so much happend to him during the day he was angry and vented all his frustation on shivaay that doesn't mean he doesn't trust shivaay.I am pretty sure Om would have definitely tried to find out what the real situation was.Obbros bond is not so fragile
