Though, I did notice that whenever it is brought up that they are actually cousins and not brothers - it's always Rudra who mentions it, be it that time when Shivaay scolded him, in the hospital or when Anika asked, always Rudra speaking it out 😆 So maybe that Jhanvi theory is correct, but I doubt it's Shakti 😕 Or, it's just coincidence 😛
