dont know how they are trying to show a love story here

But there is absolutely no reason why I'd support this weird woman

I don't understand why this is even considered cute

There are many people whose fathers are gamblers

Are they all trying to get hitched to some millionaire for money

Eventually we all know Om will find out the truth and they will fall in love

But come on, there could have been a better justification of her being a con woman

It's definitely not a morally sound situation. I can agree with you that if this was in real life I would not find this cute. In fact I believe Om won't take this well when he finds out the truth. The concerns you have come up with will probably be questioned by him as well.

As for father's being gamblers, Ishaana has been conning people since a young age. I am assuming her father has taught her this and it is not morally right but as a child she probably just went with it. She grew up to be a con artist and I know you might say that she can change now, but 3 crores is a very large amount to accumulate in a few months. Hence she has resorted to marrying a billionaire otherwise her family is put into danger.

She's also not the greatest artist because she does feel bad for the things she happens to steal or people she hurts. I guess this is what people find endearing about the character.

Not every poor person is a con artist but then again not every person is the same.

I actually like the plot but the portrayal of the characters is what I feel is lacking. The unnecessary comic element takes away from the reality of the issue that is gambling. Ishana and Om have A LOT of potential that is being wasted away.

I like the plot of the con woman

but the screen space they r giving IshKara is not letting anything being potrayed logically

Ishana ke feelings nahi dikhate that's a big let down here

IshKara ka character develop nahi kiya

Abhi tak cvs ko khud samjh nahi aaya what do they want Ishana to do

In my mind, the issue of morality can be set aside for smalltime conmen like Ishaana's father and Ish herself...I mean big corporate magnets con the government through tax evasions and whatnot everyday...so Ishaana is a small fry when compared to such giants in this line of business. But I do think this Mala/Bela storyline is weird. CVS weren't sure about what they will do with this character and has dug themselves into a tight spot with this identity confusion. Omkara is bound to find out sooner rather than later so how is the con going to work? Hiding behind dosas isn't a strategy that will work in too many situations😕

I agree BeMala is superweird af but if you look for justification, then there is gonna be no end to it. The show is full of plot holes and loop holes.
Yes cvs could have given a better reasoning but let me tell you in IshKara's case nothing is right. The storyline, screenspace, consistency, continuity...nope nothing there.

It's all about illogical random scenes. Hopefully soon the cvs will get it right with what they want to do with IshKara and there will be an end to BeMala mess.

Was it necessary to have a joker when the fun element was already there with the brothers ? The concept is good but the character sucks. I would like to see her a little more serious.

People have covered most of the points here. I just want to say that Ishaana, Omkara and Ishkara have a great potential in my opinion. Vrushika and Kunal are decent actors and can be carved out in a masterpiece only if CVs show their story properly.

As of now, their story doesn't make any sense and looks forced. Giving no continuity also ruins things... 1 day ishaana and ishkara are shown and then she is invisible for 2-3 episodes. It's normal that people will not connect with Ishaana or Ishkara in this case!

Anyhow, I just wish CVs do something better rather than ruining Ishkara

I have nothing against Ishana/ Bela/ Mala/ Vrushika..

I just dont "ship" a couple based on how nice they look together, or if the makers indicated in the promo that they were the "intended" couple, or designated "main lead" or "parallel lead".

That's why i don't get the animosity and fan wars when it comes to Ishana. She is character just building up and I'm watching without any expectations. Because she has a cute mannerism or a cute funny background tune, her scheming is acceptable and forgivable.

And because Riddhima and Tia are airy and bimbo-like we judge them as "unsuitable", when they haven't actually done anything to be grouped as bad. Even Annika has annoying characteristics (that Shivaay gets fits over😆) but because she is lead its okay.

One tip: Don't see Omkara's track with Ishana - Riddhima- Mela/Bela as even remotely romantic. There is genuine comedy there, of a hapless conwoman who is trying and failing miserably to ensnare Omkara. There is neither romantic chemistry nor is Omkara remotely interested in her.

Give it time, I'm sure it's going somewhere..😉
