That place is apparently an art academy. I think they teach various art forms there (at the first time I though, it was some kind of a Mela), Omkara has learnt sculpting over there, and Ishana shows that she is learning the dance there
Tia asking Anika, Anika patching up Rumya, Anika saving Shivaaye, and I am sure it will be Anika who will expose Ishana. She is being made a superwoman and she is nothing even near to it
