This was mine, Ishana might fake that she is not divorcing her husband because of her kid as she doesn't want her child to be with that abusive monster. She might say that since she is not financially strong so the court will not give her the custody and hence Omkara will do a contract marriage so that Ishana might get the custody of the fake child
