Ok my theory.

Om will think that Ishana has an abusive husband. She'll tell him how she wants to get divorce but won't be able to cause he won't. Furthermore he taunts his parents regarding dowry issues too. Amidst all this, Riddhima is exposed and they breakup. Then Ishana comes in the picture again. Om who's already hurt will try to help Ishana who now he thinks like a friend. Then slowly he falls for her but tries to make himself understand that she's married. Then maybe one day TejVi fight and talk about divorce. Om overhears this. He talks to Jahnvi and she tells him that marriage without respect is not marriage. It's just a responsibility which should not hinder a person from moving on in life. It's better for such marriages to be terminated. This will make Om take up the courage and he'll decide to confess his feeling to Ishana. But at that very moment, Ishana is exposed too.
