I agree completely with this. Om and Rudra comment on Shivaay and Anika and their fights but I doubt they honestly think these two should be together rather than Shivaay and Tia. They don't take it that seriously.
Actually, we are expecting Rudra to be against an Anika-Shivaay union, as well, because as is mentioned above he just doesn't want his brother to get married, at all. He is possessive and the thought of someone coming between them, be that Tia or anyone else, just doesn't sit well with him. If you remember in that scene where OmRu thought that Anika called Shivaay "chaand" Rudra honestly looked distressed with the prospect of Anika having any soft spot for his brother - he called Om even "Bhaiyya" in that moment which he mostly does if he is emotionally in a turmoil or needs support 😆 Or, when he asked Shivaay to get him a car and told him to take 24 hours to think about which one, Shivaay got angry at him because his words reminded him of Anika- although, Rudra likes Anika, in that moment he was clearly upset with her because he got scolded because of her - according to him 😆 Keeping all this in mind, it'd be out-of-character to show him all happy and content with a possible Shivika marriage.
As for Om, again as above mentioned, he is mostly curious why Anika affects Shivaay so much. He teases Shivaay probably because Shivaay's reactions intrigue him - other than that, Om is the last person to ship Anika-Shivaay while Shivaay is going to marry Tia. I'd say he doesn't take too well to cheating and only recently joined Rudra in teasing Shivaay before that, he didn't find it too funny to find Anika in Shivaay's room, for example. Though, his reason to be against Tia-Shivaay marriage is simply that Shivaay doesn't love Tia and sees all of this as a business deal - Om actually doesn't dislike Tia.
As to why Dadi seems to ship Shivika, who knows? She likes takkar and all 😆
And I agree, Tia seems like a really sweet girl. At first, I had wanted her to be negative, tbh, (well, not really negative just... greyish?) and Riddhima to be the one to get a dignified exit - but now, it's reversed, lol. At least one of these ladies should leave with her head held high and not be made negative to fit in the endgame. And I guess there's just a lack of love in this relationship, Shivaay cares for her but doesn't love her. As you said, in reality they might make a good couple, though.
