Or I would say that
Om has seen her and met her more than once. And as he said, they already seem to have that rishtha bound. Moreover he has seen her in one if her worst times. That's why he is probably behaving the way he is.

I really don't mind them taking more time with Ishaana's character development bas don't ruin the essence of IshKara by throwing in random scenes for the sake of just pleasing the fans. We are happy to watch them of course but not at the expense of ruining their USPs Om especially! someone needs to tell them - he's not naive nor is he supposed to be that dumb!

What was the need to get Ridhima into the picture? Even if they did, Om can do so much better than that !😕 He is way smarter than that!
