I think he hugs anika thinking it to be Tia ( although weird why Tia will be in Oberoi house at that time) be coz the camera focused on her bracelet hooked to his watch . So she will leave probably later shivaay will know it was anika by looking at that bracelet.

He will keep won't say to anika and probably it's anikas some bachpan ki nishaani or something so she will be searching all around ( like in IPKKND) 😆
