Being a good listener, is very important, in any relationship. It helps to understand, what a person is about.
If you give your undivided attention, It's easier, to figure them out.
We all need someone, we can relate to. Not to be afraid, to say what's on our mind.
In a matter of speaking, is there a better way, to unwind?
We all have times, we need to talk about our troubles.
Be assured, we're doing things right.
Need someone to share my pain.
One day, the tables can turn.
Should that ever happen, you'll get the same consideration, in return!

So true, loved this scene for the many layers it portrayed. One being the importance of being a good listener, often people don't need someone to solve everything, just need someone to hear them. And at times its best to let things out with strangers than people you know, since you feel free to say anything without fearing their judgement or how it'll affect your relationship with them. Secondly, after listening to all of it, I really liked how his last line showed his relatability to what she said, and let her know that she's not alone in feeling that way. We feel isolated at times when feel such emotions, but once we know we're not alone in it, a part of the problem is already resolved. Love to see more of such scenes of Ishkara.

good listening is the most impo thing in a rship after trust.

here Om is already ready to listen to what Ishana says would mean the world to Ishana I just hope even I get someone like this who tells me to speak bcoz he would listen to me

I actually loved that scene.

The best part being they did not exchange numbers or bother to ask each other's name. Sometimes strangers could become your best support
