I think most of us liked her and the entry scene, I think that the plan is to either make Riddhima gold digger or money minded (which is not at all wrong considering that Ishana herself is wooing Om for money) or Ishana will somehow break this relation by creating misunderstanding, when Om will understand that any relation in which others can create misunderstandings is just not worth it.

Ishana has been introduced only because Riddhima is perfect for Om and a perfect marriage happens only in stories.

However going by the casting of Shileena, I am pretty sure they will make her negetive

Sorry to bud in. Since Shireen is doing a cameo for a month, seems like she may not be Omkaras girlfriend, she may just be a very good friend, so therefore paves a way for Ishaana. Second possibility like member above mentioned above, Ishaana may try to break up the relationship between Om and Riddihma. Just like Om said he will never marry a lier, but irony, he ends up marrying one. 😆

They have to make her negative other wise they can't fit ishaana in Om's life
