Did Someone Noticed that in precap when Shivaay Asks Anni about her surname, she replies Shivaay Singh Oberoi... So that means she indirectly addresses herself as Mrs. Shivaay Singh Oberoiii.

Even at first I didn't noticed this but My Chotiii made me realize and when I watched the precap again...I was like... Eurekaaa...Yeh Kyaa hua?? How I didn't noticed it...
