don't know yaar...maine to read kiya likh diya

...lekin maine show start honey se pehle news mein read kiya tha jo humsafars mein kurti aapa banti thi (uska real name nahi pata)..vo karegi...baaki agar baad mein kuch change ho gaya ho to pata nahi😕

Could be. In her first scene in the show she said in a sarcastic tone something like, "Now, we have to hear about Shivaay's engagement from the news." - Which indicated that she probably is a relative or used to be a close family friend or something.
