Need help- question about talaq

I have few questions about talaq after watching today's segments

If husband decides to take wife back he will simply tell her that I am taking you back, what will be the talaq score, will if null the previous talaq or talaq still remains in place like score will on 0-3 or 1-3

When they spend night together it will cancel talaq but what's the score 0-3 or still 1-3

I have seen one serial Heena years ago, where hero gave heroine first and second talaq gradually and one of the family friend found out and he got them remarried after marriage he gave her third talaq in front of the whole family. But here they never spent night together or he had no intention to take her back, he was pressured to get remarried and finally he let her go with third talaq

So was little confused

Also if he want to re marry then again which is 3rd time Marriage with new marriage contract and new mehr... and if he decides to divorce for 3rd time he has to be super careful.

So every time he will divorce her they will start with 0, I thought they might patch up right now, and if he happens to divorce her again, then it's divorce no 2, but now confusion is clear

@shireenbanu u are wrong. The Talaq is not void even after husband wife reconcile. If he gives her a talaq in the future it will be considered talaq number 2. The 1st talaq is not void. If he gives her the 3rd talaq in that lifetime she must get married to someone else (which is called halala) if she wants to go back to her 1st husband.
