Yes in one of the segments he did say :(

Nowhere in Islam exist there a law where if you have committed *the sin*, it's corrected by marriage. Even if she is pregnant before marriage and marrying the father of her kid, the child is still najaaiz, so i dont think repentance neans marriage. But since Kabir is a married man, that would mean punishment is stoning to death and Ruksaar is unmarried, so 100 lashes in public and sending away from the place. According to Islam.
