I am scared too of this twist. being a second wife myself. I can't be cool about watching my fav couple going through it. coz I find dramas more dreamy, they don't deal with serious subjects in a logical way. here for example , they won't be able to deal with a sensitive topic like second marriage in a sensible way, so they'll end up spoiling our moods.
In Pakistani dramas, there are lots of dramas which deal with Doosri Biwi topic. most of them took the typical way..by showing one of the wives as an evil. but few others handled the subject with an original way, to make it look more realistic
I'm too much of a believer in monogamy to watch another woman go through having a sister wife or whatever they're called :( Cannot stomach it. It's everyone's choice I know but personally I don't like it and so won't watch it.
Also in Islam first wife's permission is needed for the man to get a second wife right? If this worst case scenario happens I can see Zara giving permission for sake of family izzat, after some hesitation/refusing. Who knows if she'll even be asked though. 😕
