I have a pointless theory but sharing nonetheless. What if Dottu really died during those 6 hours and Riddhu got pregnant again in Goa after all we don't know what happened after RiAnsh went in the pool during their initial date night in Goa that Riddhu arranged at the poolside. This will justify Dottu's death and also explain who Riddhu has been talking to all this time.
