Yeah I also think it's Kabir's guy.

If that is the case it's so bad, if the miscarriage happens and Aryan is involved...in the past also he was involved in the powder kand... Vansh should do something for him.

have'nt watched the episode yet but ,i think the attack was for vansh ,ishani became the scape goat or its kabir's man .i am glad riddhima will hide her pregnancy probably . its good Riansh needs a solid ground of separation . in dono ko judai ka gam sehna chahiye varna yeh dono ek dusre ki importance nhi samjhenge !!
