I was expecting something close to 2 given the expectations of this show. This is what I had been afraid of all along. Braun's fans might not be enough to sustain the TRPs for this show. Gul's shows usually have a younger audience, so I'm not sure if the TRP aunties are contributing to season 3 of IPKKND. 🤔 I too miss Sanaya, but I think Barun and Shivani are both doing a good job as Advay and Chandni. They'll need to infuse some positivity into this show somewhere along the road for season 3 to be a hit.

I don't know what to comment on TRPs.

I have mixed feelings about this TRP game.

I think need to give some more time before in terms of TRPs. Not sure what is the time slot in India.

I believe makers would have researched the market very well and would make necessary changes if required.

I hate the TRP game, but it's the only criterion that'll decide the fate of a show. 😳 IKRS would've still been on air and would've stuck to its original plot had it not been for the TRP rat race. 😭 Sadly, I think most people had expected at least a TRP of 1.5 given that it's a new show. You're right Ami, we'll need to give the show some time for it to attract more viewers. Hopefully, the ratings will go up as the plot progresses. 😊 I will say, however, a TRP less than 1.5 in its first week of transmission for a very large-scale production is disconcerting. 😕 The time slot for the show is 8 pm in India.

Agree with you DAZZ...trps play an important role regarding the fate of the show...I too wish that the trp was bit higher...but still lets wait and watch...it's high time they introduce some positivity in the show...after watching humsafars I am not overconfident about the quality in gul's show...humsafars never maintained the standard it had at the starting phase...it did fall prey to trps...but the makers had upper hand in spoiling in it...but when they realised it and started rectifying it...it was too late...it's my personal opinion...

That's the problem with Ekta and Gul, Pearly. Their shows start off on the right note and somehow dissociate from their themes very quickly as they fall prey to the TRPs. They're both known for introducing the most absurd and outrageous subplots. 😕 Aside from season 1 of IPKKND and possibly Geet, all of Gul's shows have suffered in quality at some point or another. I hope Gul doesn't make the same mistake this time. 🤔
