Never thought a day would come that Mishal would promote something for Ekta Kapoor! 😳 So happy that he's acknowledging not only his peers in the industry, but also a powerhouse like Ekta. 😃 I think it was very sweet of Ekta to feature him in the promotions of her film on Instagram. We all know Mishal hasn't ever worked with Balaji Telefilms. This could be the beginning of a beautiful professional relationship. 👍🏼

Don't know about the subject, but based on the post, it seems to be related to women empowerment.

I wonder did he take the initiative or someone challenged/tagged him (Whatever it is called in the insta world). Whatever the case good to see Mishal supporting this.

It is good support good cause and encourage good content.

This is just a guess, but I assume the marketing division at Balaji reached out to a number of actors from television and films to be a part of this campaign. I didn't see Mishal being tagged in anyone's posts. Therefore, he was probably contacted directly to promote the film. He is a reputed name in the industry. 😳 The film is about women empowerment. 😊

I'd love to see Mishy in a film produced by Ekta, but definitely not a show. All of Ekta's shows go down the hill a few months after their debut, Pearly. I want Mishal to make his comeback with the same production company accredited for making Beyhadh. 😳 The creatives of that production house are the best I've ever seen on Indian television! 👏 Mishal could do wonders with their scripts! 😃

From comments on EKs Insta, looks like there's controversy about this movie.

I am reading about this for the first time. Not sure what the story is about.

I also came across a few unhappy comments on Mishals Insta...😳

Honestly, I feel Ekta's lost her magic touch at least on TV. I only have watched

only a few of her shows

She's good with matured stories, I think.

I am not very sure about her movies though.

But still, will watch anything with Mishal & trust him to choose the best..😛

It's the title of the film that's caused controversy, Mish. Did you watch the ending of PHMD? 😕 She seriously dropped the ball on a concept that had a ton of potential. Drashti and Arjun had promising chemistry that should've been explored further on the show. 😳 You're right, her mature love stories fare much better than the mundane kitchen politics she's acquired a reputation for amongst the masses.
