I think Anushka is a Punjabi...maybe brought up in Bangalore?

@bold-coz Karnataka is where sandalwood trees are found in profusion and so the name cleverly given to the film industry there😆

It's an innovative name, Mag! At least they were original over the usual "_ollywood" prefix. What are the other film industries called in India? Punjabi, Gujarati, etc.?
