Ur previous post on expectations and now on anger intution...these are things ppl have to deal on a regular basis and are hard to practice.Expectation and attachment go side by side such heavy words they are ..learnt this lesson through college days experiences ..now for sure dont have any any expectations from anyone...attachment is there but i keep reminding myself to have my control on my emotions...a constant reminder is always required which no one can give you but u urself have to do this.

Anger is kind of a second hand emotion which carries with it pain feelings and reason can be anything which a person feels is important for him and sometimes without even for any reason it can occur...but it comes with its disastrous consequences which at that time we dont pay any heed to but later have to repent...as nobody is perfect when dealing with real life issues but with patience and and applying little bit of logic we can atleast minimize it...present ppl are more prone to this as now ppl have little or no patience leading to zero tolerance.Is deptt mein i hv less issues😆😆

This intuition topic is very much debateful...but kuch bhi ho i always follow my gut feeling and it has never let me down😳...as this gut feeling is way more than just a feeling its a science of intuition...isliye liye mind ka signals strong hona chaiye😆...dhani ki tarah nahi😆 ...uska th koi signal component hi nhi hai brain mein kuch jaane ke liye..dumbo🤣

I'm asked this post on that forum. I can tell you that the series I admire and that I was sure to follow.

Bhukkad kahi ki 😆 matlab tere pet mai kuch bhi jye gussa thuko gi pagli 😆😆...haan re bhut logon ko gusse ka shikar banna padhta hai...Anger harms a person himself n others. Yes true because of MU's if one gets angry it does break relationhships as you very well point it out...out of anger person speaks something which one is likely to regret it later on and on top of that the damage is already done.

🤣 That dialogue you spell out I have seen in so many dramas yaar puch mat...so so true one needs to trust oneself, then only someone can trust them. We are our best protector and we can help our selfto a great extent if we learn to listen to our intuition. Haan sahi boli ho only one can understand what one goes through. 😆 Aisa hai kya ? Hawww aisa hai toh meri bhi adhi dimag kha chuke ho logon 😆

At last I am finding the strength to come here & post my Final thoughts, but with a heavy heart.

The last few days have been really really down for me after Mishal's exit...

Mishal was the reason I walked Into the forum & he will be the reason for me exiting

Until he returns, I will be away...this is going to be the hardest part. It was such a daily

Routine, like a ritual coming here every morning, reading, enjoying, commenting, venting...

Not sure how I can stop myself now...
