I don't know if it's working or not from a TRP perspective bout personally I hate it. A lot.
A show which I have watched almost religiously since it started, I now watch with a certain dread.
Love the scenes between Viplav and Dhani but the current track with DB and K, like the awasthi one has definitely marred it for me.
I am still watching to support the cast and crew and in particular Mishal Raheja.
I don't like it when characters just disappear but I would not miss DB and K if they went pfft! Wouldn't care, at all.
For me the track would progress with Dulaari telling Dhani she has not go out of town, Viplav and Dhani accompany her and en route discover that they are going to Sarla Kakis house. Sarla kaki, Piya and the other lady are all happy to see the trio. It transpires that Dulaari left under some misunderstanding and that her in laws love ve her dearly. They are also as it happens super rich, so no more insults from KT and DTbon that front, She is happy as are Viplav and Dhani. Dhani discovers that Piya is a her half sister and is also happy. Whilst there we get to see some Viplav and Dhani romance and Nokh jokes. They go for a walk and have ice cream from the seem vendor as before with the same tune playing, a flashback, or dance sequence. Lots of opportunities for romance with no one spying.
Then they leave and Dulaari stays on. A happy exit for her character and the lovely Garima ji.
Piya could then help Dhani with her studies, and also help her fight off DT and KT.
Viplav meanwhile could be involved in the trial of raja and also the truth about KT,s involvement in Shambu's death could be simmering away.
I think this could take a few episodes, but would be much better. Finally some positivity and some closure on some of the unfinished tracks. The new tracks could then be related to those rather than these nonsense ones with raja and now K and DB?
Just my thoughts and that's how I would move the story on. If k has to stay, rather than murder her, have the police capture the kidnapper goons and they reveal that she was involved. She is arrested and DB learns her truth. It also happens that she is a 'lady of the night' which is how the goons got to know her in the first place. DB is shamed and hands everything back to DT and leaves.
