Shalu is so blinded in her love for raja that she fails to even listen to what is being told to her. She literally has no one to give her a proper guidance. Viplav and dhani tried to advice her but she refuses to even listen to them.
There can be two situations where people can advise either they genuinely care for you or they simply want you to act for them and utilize them properly then dump them like what raja does to shalu. The tripathi's are literally feeding the snake with milk and expecting it not to bite them.
One must realize and analyse what are intentions behind the people and what is the reason for their advise.I agree people may hurt each other but if one keeps repeating the same thing over and over then they should be a doubt as to why one keeps repeating things. Shalu must have a small doubt at least now on raja and why dhani and raja are against her.
She is not open minded and she has burden all over her head and her mind is simply stuck to what happened in the past and she started believing that dhani is no well wisher of her.Being stuck will not get her to the truth.She needs to think in every possible way to get to the bottom of solution.
Generally biased minds favor what they prefer or like and refuse to look at the truth or something which is unfamiliar.Such is case of shalu she fears facing the truth.
